As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue—helping customers understand the value of our platform, guiding them through technical evaluations, and ensuring they’re successful adopting AI-powered tooling at scale.
Your work will directly influence how engineering organizations integrate AI into their development lifecycle, and you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to some of the most innovative teams in the world.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with AE & Executive leadership to support the full enterprise sales cycle—from discovery and demos to proof-of-concept design, technical deep dives, and deployment guidance.
Lead compelling technical presentations and product demos tailored to developers, engineering leaders, and technical executives.
Architect and deliver successful evaluations and POCs, ensuring customers can validate performance, security, and developer experience
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Experience teams to influence roadmap and feature prioritization.
Create technical content (sample integrations, reference architectures, demos, tutorials) that help enterprise teams onboard more effectively.
Represent customer needs internally and act as a voice of the field to ensure our product evolves with real-world developer workflows.
- Build strong relationships with engineering leaders, DevOps teams, and platform owners across customer organizations.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and developer community initiatives to showcase best practices and product capabilities.
What You Bring
2–5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing role at a developer-focused SaaS company.
Strong fluency in modern software development workflows, tools, and ecosystems (CI/CD, APIs, Git-based development, cloud platforms).
Hands-on technical proficiency—comfortable reading and writing code in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
Ability to explain deeply technical concepts to both highly technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Experience designing and running POCs, building demo environments, or integrating SaaS products into customer systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help engineering teams be more productive.
A self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
