We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to help us take BigUp to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on two key areas that fuel BigUp’s success:
Social Media Marketing & Community Building
Creator Acquisition & Partnerships
You’ll be at the heart of building our social media presence and growing our creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing & Community Building
Our social channels (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) are sleeping giants — full of potential but waiting for the right spark. You’ll help define BigUp’s voice and make us impossible to ignore.
Execute our social media strategy by creating and publishing engaging content across platforms.
Repurpose creator content (clips, highlights, funny moments, predictions) into short-form posts with viral potential.
Experiment with memes, reactions, and commentary to engage football fans and drive app traffic.
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and scale your output.
Creator Acquisition & Partnerships
BigUp thrives on creators — fans who bring matches to life through their live commentary. Your mission: find, recruit, and support these voices.
Identify and reach out to promising football creators on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, and Instagram.
Pitch BigUp to creators and get them excited about building their community here.
Onboard new creators, support their success, and maintain long-term relationships to reduce churn.
Collect creator feedback and share insights with product and engineering to improve the platform.
Every creator you onboard helps expand BigUp’s community, increase live content, and grow our brand presence.
Who You Are
You’re fluent in social media — trends, algorithms, and all.
You’re organized, creative, and proactive — equally comfortable sending cold DMs or editing TikToks.
You thrive in a startup environment where ideas move fast and execution matters.
You understand creator communities and know how to build relationships that last.
