Who you are:
Hometap is looking for an experienced marketer to support our marketing operations strategy, helping the team scale our programs and technology. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in driving the growth of Hometap by enabling the marketing team to report, track, and document each iteration of our marketing programs, and drive performance improvements through testing and optimization.
As Hometap’s Marketing Analyst, you’ll bring a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to driving targeted results. You’ll have a knack for understanding our customer personas, investment process, and working collaboratively across the company. You’re data minded, curious, and focused on identifying opportunities and building solutions which scale.
What you'll do:
- Build reports and analytics dashboards to track website and campaign performance
- Perform ongoing analysis of key metrics to surface insights and trends to functional owners for optimization
- Generate custom audiences and help maintain accurate databases of homeowner information
- Work with stakeholders to plan and develop A|B tests to improve conversion at the awareness, consideration, and decision stages
- Maintain a knowledge base of documentation, content, and training material
- Work cross functionally with members of the marketing team, and broader organization, to implement and measure the impact of product changes
- Evaluate system performance, and identify opportunities for automation
What you bring:
- 4+ years of work experience in a marketing operations or analyst role
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in a data-driven business environment
- Strong knowledge of user attribution strategies and reporting
- Technical writing ability and experience creating documentation
- Experience integrating software, creating automations, and auditing data for accuracy
- Experience building reports in: Heap, Google Analytics, Tableau, SFDC or comparable systems is a must
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to multitask, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
