We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team!
This is the perfect role for someone who is detail- and process-oriented, interested in start-ups, and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. You’ll be working closely with founders on their journey to raise capital on Republic. This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to learn about early-stage start-ups and fundraising while working closely with our legal, marketing, diligence, and business development teams.
The right person is an excellent communicator, a quick learner, a self-starter, and good at juggling many projects at once.
What you'll do
Build an understanding of the regulatory landscape and fundraising ecosystem (Reg CF, D, A+, S)
Work with founders to develop their raise strategy and walk them through the legal and financial require
Guide founders and their teams through the initial setup through deal page, campaign strategy, and publication to Republic
Help prepare and complete regulatory filings
Collaborate with the rest of the Deal Operations team to determine new strategies for campaign success
Our ideal candidate
0-3 years of relevant experience (account management, business development)
Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams
Experience working at a start-up (fintech or direct-to-consumer a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of constantly iterating and experimenting to find best results

Qualified candidates based in NYC can expect a base salary of $75,000-85,000 for this position.
