Scripta Insights is a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare IT company focused on lowering pharmacy benefit costs for self-insured employers and their employees. We use sophisticated data analytics to identify savings opportunities, making prescription drugs more affordable and enhancing the quality of life and outcomes for our clients and their employees. As an Account Executive, National Clients, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our most innovative clients. This position demands strong leadership and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving client satisfaction and success through proactive communication, strategic planning, and exceptional service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Lead and manage strategic client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are consistently met through proactive and strategic communication.
  • Consultative Problem Solving: Apply advanced consulting skills to navigate and solve complex client challenges, particularly in undefined or white-space areas where standard solutions may not apply.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to align resources effectively in support of client needs, fostering collaboration across departments such as business operations, marketing, and product.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Project and Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of client-specific projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement client plans that align with Scripta’s business strategy, supporting client goals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead the identification, address, and resolution of client issues, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to maintain high service levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Consulting Experience: Extensive experience in a consulting role, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and provide strategic solutions in a white-space environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, and drive client-focused outcomes.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management, with a proactive and strategic approach to meeting client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare/health insurance/pharmacy: Familiarity with the Pharmacy industry is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in client services or account management: Experience managing strategic client relationships at a senior level in a similar industry is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • This role will operate on West Coast hours but will be fully remote.
