Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our tradeshows and events and other lead generation initiatives, supporting our growing Sales and Customer Success teams across a diverse set of projects, and managing some of our vendor relations for content production. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Show Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute our presence at industry tradeshows and events.
  • Manage all aspects of the tradeshow process, including booth logistics, materials preparation, and staff coordination.
  • Develop creative and engaging booth designs to attract and captivate event attendees.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with leads generated from events.
  • Content Creation: Work with vendors to create compelling marketing collateral and materials for tradeshows, ensuring alignment with brand messaging


Content Creation:

  • Work with vendors to create compelling marketing collateral and materials for tradeshows, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Create engaging content for digital and social media platforms to support lead generation and customer success efforts
  • Build relationship with customers to produce case studies, video testimonials and other account-specific content
  • Manage and direct internal content creation efforts such as ‘how to’ videos and other support materials

Data Management:

  • Help maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead information and event outcomes Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to tradeshow and lead generations success

Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement lead generation strategies
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including digital marketing, social media, and outbound tactics, to generate qualified leads.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess campaign effectiveness

SWAG/Apparel:

  • Manage online resource ordering portal in conjunction with our 3rd party vendor
  • Spearhead design and procurement of apparel and physical content for internal teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead-generation tactics.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 15% of the year
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in event planning or tradeshow management is a plus
  • Graphic Design and/or Video Editing for creating visually appealing marketing materials are a plus
